VACUUM POUCHES

 

A wide range suitable for fresh and cooked meats, smoked and fresh fish, bacon and cheese; also metallised, gingham and boil-in-bag or printed in flexo or gravure to your own design.

 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR VACUUM BAGS

Bags are made from a compound of either oriented or cast polyamide and polyethylene. In the case of sous vide the combination is polyester/ polypropylene.

 

The materials are oil based and free from toxic metal compounds. No toxic gases are produced during incineration.

 

The materials are in accordance with the German Board of Health and F.D.A.

 

The printing inks used are also free from heavy metal compounds. Printing may be between film layers or on the surface. The printing process may be flexographic or rotogravure.

 

The outer packaging is corrugated cardboard and paper, which can be incinerated without problems or recycled.
