Our K-Plus material is a high performance top security barrier plastic casing again available in a full range of colours.

FIBROUS
A complete line of oxygen permeable and smokeable casings for dry sausage, cooked sausage, semi dry smoked sausage and pressure-stuffed uncooked or cooked hams and cured meats.

 

K-PLUS
A high grade multi action product. It is a combination of modern materials whose highly effective properties reveal their excellence even in low guages, where polyamide (nylon) provides toughness, EVOH the oxygen barrier and polypropylene the water vapour barrier.

 

HIGH BARRIER CENTRE SEAL CASINGS

The special P.V.D.C. coated nylon used gives superior gas barrier and strength qualities combined with good shrink to maximise your product's shelf life. The unique tape seals give great seal strength which prevents bursting during the processing.

 

S.L Type The standard product with tape seal on the inside, used where strong cling of casing to meat is not required.

 

S.L.-S Type The tape is sealed to the outside of the casing and the inner surface has extremely good meat adhesion properties.

 

NYLON
Available in caliber 25-250, thickness 25 - 100microns in a wide range of colours. Suitable for a wide range of applications including scalded and cooked sausages. In particular our specially developed RWPA for superior calibre control with proven slicing yield performance and peelability.

POLYTHENE
Available in tube form, also in bags with a block / semicircular bottom.
